Vintage Riley Nine powered MG M-Type Special. 1930

Here we have a potential V.S.C.C. Class 8 Hillclimb/Sprint Speed Series class Winner.

Fitted with a Tuned Vintage Riley 9hp 1087cc engine and close ratio silent 3rd gearbox.

This is going to be a Very light Sports Car, with a New aluminium Body by Brooklands Bodycraft of Oxford to be fitted.

Will be campaigned by the H.R.A. race team when complete.

Mk.1V. Vintage Engine. Fully rebuilt with a Merlin crank and rods, Forged Pistons and light weight flywheel with Borg & Beck clutch, all fully balanced. New timing gears and New hot cams. 12/4 inlet valves with opened tracts, double valve springs. Reconditioned Bronze oil pump, full sump baffle.
